Victor receives British Council bursary to attend IETM

Victor has been awarded a bursary by British Council to attend the IETM Brussels Plenary Meeting in Brussels. He will be joined by nine other UK artists as a delegation supported by the British Council. The theme of the gathering is Can we talk? Art in the age of populism and will take place from November 23 - 26, 2017.
